MyWorkplace is a human resources (HR) and payroll system where you can find details of your annual leave entitlement, book leave, request copies of your payslips, find details about your role and work pattern and review your personal information. You can also view your training history and book on to St George's, University of London run courses.

You are able to update some fields in MyWorkplace directly – for example, your contact details or diversity information. Please contact HR if you find that there is an error in your information and you are not able to update it yourself (such as with respect to your working pattern).

Your personal information

It is important that you keep your personal information up to date. This is to ensure payroll runs correctly and to enable us to analyse staff information on an aggregate basis in order to inform policy development. We do not use information that would be able to identify you as an individual. We also require staff data for statutory purposes, including the annual Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) staff return and Research Excellence Framework (REF).
