Accommodation fees for 2024/25 will be charged at a weekly rate of:

  • Standard room (single bed): £202

  • Premium room (double bed): £224

All bills are included in the weekly rate.

Contact lengths vary according to your term dates, so please refer to your accommodation offer for the exact annual cost.

When planning how much money to allow for accommodation, we recommend budgeting for a 42 week academic year, although this may be longer for some courses (for example, BSc Paramedic Science and many postgraduate courses).

At the point of accepting your offer of accommodation, you are required to make a pre-payment of £150. This will be deducted from your first instalment of accommodation fees.

Total payable amounts and payment dates

All students are sent their invoice by email shortly after their arrival to Halls. The total payable amount can also be found on the original room offer on the accommodation portal.

Accommodation fees are paid in three equal instalments, and are due before the following dates:

  • 30 October

  • 30 January

  • 30 April
