Applying through Clearing
At City St George’s, University of London all applications for Early Clearing must be made online. This will allow us to process your application more quickly.
Before you fill in this form you must:
- have received your results and be ready to provide them in this form
- be registered with UCAS for 2025 entry.
You must only add us as a choice on UCAS Track if you receive a Clearing offer to study via email from us. If you do receive a Clearing offer, we will send you instructions on how to refer yourself to us on UCAS Track at the appropriate time. Applying via our online Clearing form, and/or being invited to attend an interview does not constitute being made an offer to study.
Please note:
- If a course if shown as 'Course Closed' in the list on the form, do not continue with an application as there are no places available and your application will not be considered. If you do submit an application for a closed course, your application will not be processed and you will receive notification of this via email.
- You should only submit one application. If you submit additional applications using this form, you will overwrite your initial application which will cause delays to processing and considering you for a course.
- If you receive a Clearing offer, we may not be able to confirm your year of entry immediately. Find out more here.

Please note that the Clearing Team will only be processing applications between Monday-Friday (except for Saturday 16 August 2025). You are welcome to submit an online application at any time for open courses but applications will not be processed outside of working hours.
