We support research at the University with a variety of administrative services to deliver our ambitious new forward focused strategy and commitment to the ever evolving research needs of society.  The majority of us are currenlty based in Jenner Wing, level 1, corridor 10 rooms 1.30-1.33.

 

Our skills and experience cover three administrative branches:

  • Events, communications, GAT and SGRQ
  • Finance, purchasing and travel
  • General support

I manage and lead the whole administative team in the provision of an effective administrative service for the St. Geroge’s research environment.  I have oversight of the three administrative branches and work closely with colleagues in the Research Operations Directorate and other University professional services to ensure seamless delivery.  My role includes anticipating/troubleshooting challenges to service delivery, and supporting academic colleagues with administrative queries.  I also am the Executive Officer to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Enterprise),  which means I have been invovled with the development of University strategic research and policy planning, as well as his diary management.
