St George’s is proud and delighted for her. She said: "I owe everything to students, colleagues, patients, friends and my family who make life so rich and rewarding. Thanks to all."

Our Principal, Professor Jenny Higham, commented: "This is a brilliant and richly deserved recognition for Professor Bowman - we are very proud."
