The Professional and Technical Services Award are an opportunity for the university to recognise the amazing work that our Professional Services staff undertake. 

Have the IT Helpdesk team solved a tricky technical problem for you? Have you been impressed by the work of an individual? Or have you received help when creating your webpages? If so, this is your opportunity to nominate your brilliant colleagues for the 2024 Professional and Technical Services Awards. The awards provide an opportunity to recognise teams and individuals for the outstanding work they do. 

A certificate and prize will be awarded to the teams and individuals who are successful.

The winners will be announced by our Chief Operating Officer, Anna Dulic-Sills at a dedicated awards ceremony from 10am to 10.30am on Thursday 13 June 2024, which will be the Shared Connections Development Day.

How the nominations are scored

Scoring will be generated automatically by the nominations form, enabling the chosen award winner to be selected as transparently and as straightforwardly as possible.

The review panel will consist of three members, drawn from a mixture of St George’s staff and governing body members.
