Image of the year competition

For Research Day 2021 we are also holding an image of the year competition.

The winner will receive an award as well as having their image used on promotional material for Research Day.

The competition is open to all and we would like to encourage submission of images from any area of research, this could be anything from Molecular, Cellular, to Fieldwork or Clinical work.

A panel of judges will review the images submitted against the following criteria:

  • Overall aesthetic of the image (including quality and size)
  • How the image represents your research
  • How the image fits in with the overall research aims of the university.

Submit your image by completing this online form.

The winner of the competition will be announced in September.
