The staff development team is made up of the following people:

  • training needs analysis

What we do

The staff development team provides a range of professional development services: advice on development needs, both individual and organisational; mentoring; coaching; support for organisational change initiatives; bespoke development and training, and online resources.

Tailored training or bespoke services

Where development opportunities or topics are not covered in our core training programme, we can offer tailored and bespoke services. The learning and development team can work with institutes and professional services, along with the teams, departments and support sections within them.
