Use this form to request a machine be connected St George’s network.

You must complete all the relevant sections of the form below.

Please note: if there is not an available network port to which to connect your PC, you must first arrange for one to be installed by submitting a port installation request. We cannot process network connection requests if you do not already have a network port.
