The Communications and Engagement directorate works collaboratively with colleagues across the University to raise the profile of St George’s, to help us to achieve our strategic vision and raise philanthropic income from alumni and donors. The Directorate is responsible for Institutional Events including Inaugural Lectures, Vice-Chancellor's briefings and Graduation. 

We run projects and develop resources to improve the clarity and consistency of communication across St George’s, to build a culture of philanthropy at the University, and to deliver highlights of the student experience, such as Graduation. 

We aim to: 

  • Keep the St George’s community engaged and informed 

  • Build the reputation of the University 

  • Celebrate the student experience 

  • Provide excellence in customer service.
