Guidance and forms for returning to work after coronavirus lockdown

If you are preparing or intending to return to site you should:

If you are a PI /team member returning to labs, you should make sure the following documents have been filled out and shared with staff.

• New risk assessment for your laboratory areas (Word)

If you are a line manager preparing for your team to return to site, make sure the following documents have been filled out and shared with staff.
