Healthcare Scientist, Christina Schuh Wagner, joined St George’s through Clearing for the 2020/21 academic year.
Here she outlines her experience at St George’s so far.
Christina says: “I don’t recall too much of the specifics of the Clearing application process, but I do recall that I was super happy with how quick and efficient the whole process was!"
"The St George’s team were very friendly and helpful. They let me know that I would need to do a short telephone interview before being accepted on to the Healthcare Science course, I got an email shortly after confirming the date and time. "
“The course is more than I expected in some ways. For example, there is a much greater variety of content in the first year than I thought there would be which is nice."
"The online teaching structure has been brilliant and so easy to access too, plus I can do it in my own time."
"I do enjoy the tutorials as well as they’re a fun way to apply knowledge to real scenarios, and the library is a great study space too. "
“The non-academic side has been a bit less prominent than I expected as social interactions have been a bit more limited because of the pandemic, however, that was understandable.”
