You can now place orders directly with NHS Supply Chain via authorised buyers within your Institute or department. However, please continue to do the following:
Report any discrepancies on orders to NHS Supply Chain within three days of delivery
Receipt orders and pay invoices in a timely manner so that the University's account is not put on hold
Endeavour to resolve, as soon as possible, any invoice queries you receive from Accounts Payable.
Please find guidance notes here and make sure you raise, and enter, the Purchase Order number in the online catalogue's Local Reference field when placing your order as this will need to be quoted on the respective invoice.
When creating the requisition in FRIS, select the applicable requisition point number from the drop-down under ‘delivery address’.
