Private and group study spaces
You can use the following for private and group study space when not in use for teaching/staff ad-hoc bookings.
HW1.1, H1.2, H1.3, H1.4, H1.5, H1.6, H1.7 - Available 24 hours. Food and drink permitted. Please use the bin stations outside the rooms. Capacity 11.
H4.11, H4.12, H4.13, H4.14, H4.15, H4.16, H4.19, H4.20, H4.21, H4.22 - Available 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. No food permitted; covered drinks only. Capacity 11.
J1.1 (50), J1.10 (15), J1.11 (15), J1.12 (40), J1.13 (40), J1.4 (40), J1.5 (40), J1.6 (15), J1.7 (15), J1.8 (40) - Available 24 hours. No food permitted; covered drinks only. Collect a key from SGUL security for use before 8am and after 6pm. Capacities in brackets.
JB.10, JB.17, JB.18, JB.2, JB.4, JB.6, JB.8 - Available 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. No food permitted; covered drinks only. Capacity 10.
J1.9 (flexible study space with workstations) - Available 9am-10pm Monday to Friday, 9am -4.30pm Saturday and Sunday. No food or drinks permitted.
Students are asked to vacate 15 minutes before a scheduled teaching session starts, or for those rooms which close at 5pm or 6pm ensure you are prepared to leave 15 minutes before closing.

Clinical Skills Practice Room - 5th floor Hunter Wing (H5.6). Available 9am-10pm Monday to Friday, 9am-4.30pm Saturday and Sunday. No food or drinks permitted. A booking system will be launched soon, in the meantime students can access and practice in the new space during the opening hours. More information about the CSPR can be found here.
Booking space
First floor Jenner Wing teaching rooms (except J1.9) can be booked for SU societies after 1700 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and from 1300 on Wednesday.
SU societies can also book meeting rooms H2.3 and H2.4, H2.6, H2.7 and 2.8 and Lecture Theatres A, B, C, F, Monckton and the Michael Heron.
All bookings for students and SU societies must be arranged via SU Room Bookings. The booking service opening hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1700. The service is closed at weekends, bank holidays and Christmas closure week. Requests for the weekend must be made before midday on the Friday preceding the weekend.
Hunter Wing first floor base rooms can only be booked after 6pm on week days or any time at weekends (note venues are not available during Christmas closure week or on Bank Holidays). Venues are allocated for a maximum of 4-hours for SU societies or a maximum of 2-hours for private or group study space. Bookings for private or group study space must be made in the name of the person using the room. A key for the venue will need to be signed out to the person named on the booking from security. Consecutive same day bookings are not permitted.
