About CIDE

The Centre for Innovation and Development in Education (CIDE) works with staff and students to promote high quality learning, teaching and assessment at St George’s. It advises on educational strategy, policies and practice, provides a range of academic development opportunities for staff who teach and support learning, works with students in partnership and in relation to their learning development, and leads a range of educational enhancement projects and schemes. CIDE also collaborates closely with the Centre for Technology in Education (CTiE), particularly in relation to the overall approach to teaching and learning at St George’s, CPD and course learning design and development.
