St George's, University of London is based in Tooting, the heart of South West London, sharing our campus with St George's Hospital - the home of Channel 4's 24 Hours in A&E.
As well as being fully equipped with the most up-to-date educational facilities, we also have a dedicated Students' Union including a recently renovated bar and social spaces.
Cafés, restaurants and shops
There's no shortage of places to go for food and drink in and around St George's. On site there's two Pret coffee shops, an M&S shop and café, as well as two Peabody's cafés and one restaurant.
There are also three shops; M&S, the Students' Union shop, and Whistle Stop, so you'll never have to venture far to pick up all your essential items.

Historically known as the Medical School Club, St George’s Students’ Union (SU) has been a core part of George’s life for longer than any of us can remember.
The SU Shop
The SU shop is located on the ground floor of Hunter Wing and sells an extensive range of food and drink, stationery, newspapers, greetings cards and other grocery essentials.
The Students' Union is also home to a variety of spaces, including; a music room, games room and welfare room. These can be hired for a variety of club and society activities and also be used recreationally by our students.
