As a widefield solution, the Zeiss Axiovert 200M is fitted with an AxioCam MRc5 for colour imaging in a variety of transmitted light modalities (Brightfield, DIC, Phase Contrast), and an AxioCam Mrm for monochrome imaging of fluorescent samples.
Excitation light is provided by an HBO 50 mercury lamp and the system currently has filters allowing the imaging of DAPI, GFP, and Rhodamine, as well as popular fluorophores with similar excitation/emission spectra.
The microscope is controlled by AxioVision 4.8; a user friendly software for which a quick reference guide is available.
Please contact us with inquiries about the suitability of this system for your sample.
