On Monday 13 May St George’s Students’ Union Democracy Officers were based outside the library creating a mosaic photo made up of smaller photos representing the different people within the St George's community.
The image was designed by third year, Biomedical Science student, Tom Churchill, and is being used to promote the upcoming Students’ Union elections.
Current Democracy Officer and second year medic, Corey Briffa, commented, “The Students’ Union elections are a vital part of what the Union does and we felt this would be a unique and innovative way of promoting the elections while also involving and including the entire St George’s community.”
Tom Churchill, added, "The bright colours were inspired by the diversity of our students and staff with the heart itself representing how everyone together makes the heart of George’s.”
