St George’s offers an online support service called Big White Wall that students can use at any time of the day or night.

You can access support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with Big White Wall. It’s a safe and anonymous online space you can go to if you’re feeling down, struggling to cope or just want to talk to people who understand what you’re going through.

Signing up is easy – go to bigwhitewall.com and use your university email address to join. The email address is only used to confirm you have free access and then you pick an anonymous username, which is how you’re known on Big White Wall.

Whether you want to speak to peers or a counsellor, there will be someone there every minute of every day. You can join a supportive online community that’s totally anonymous, take part in a group course and take self-assessments.

Big White Wall is a great source of support outside of normal office hours and means you can support when our services are closed, including evenings, weekends and outside of term.

Go to Big White Wall to join with your university email address – it takes 5 minutes and you have immediate access to support.
