Terms and conditions

This form must be submitted at least 10 working days before the date of the event. It is unlikely that we will be able to accommodate requests in a shorter timeframe – you should discuss this with the ambassadors team by emailing in advance.
You must send an email to the ambassadors team as soon as possible after the event to confirm if all ambassadors turned up and the exact hours worked – we need this in order to keep an audit trail of payments in case we are asked for information from HMRC.
