Terms and conditions

  • This form must be submitted at least 10 working days before the date of the event. It is unlikely that we will be able to accommodate requests in a shorter timeframe – you should discuss this with the ambassadors team by emailing in advance.

  • You must send an email to the ambassadors team as soon as possible after the event to confirm if all ambassadors turned up and the exact hours worked – we need this in order to keep an audit trail of payments in case we are asked for information from HMRC.
