About the workshop

Are you too easily distracted on your smartphone or laptop? Are there too many tabs open in your brain?

This 90-minute ReDD Workshop helps you:

• Reflect on your relationship with digital devices
• Explore research-backed strategies for managing digital distraction
• Apply relevant strategies on your own devices.

The workshops will be held by Dr Ulrik Lyngs (University of Oxford) and are for all students and staff.
