The Sciences Team based in the Institute of Medical and Biomedical Education currently supports St George’s BSc/MSci Biomedical Science, BSc Healthcare Science (Clinical Physiology) and Intercalated BSc programmes, and the KU Master of Pharmacy modular teaching programme. A new programme BSc Clinical Pharmacology is currently in development.

As a team we are responsible for the coordination, maintenance and support of our programmes to a high professional standard. We pride ourselves on being a link between students, academics and the wider university community.

Karolina Ossowska - Head of Undergraduate Science Programmes Administration

Location: Registry, Ground Floor Hunter Wing

Responsibilities include:

  • overall management of the Science Admin Team
  • lead administrator for BSc Biomedical Science and Intercalated BSc with main focus on Year 3 BMS and iBSc (including iBSc application process, MSci transfer, BSc module/project selection process) and Year 4 MSci Biomedical Science.
Jonathon Fee - Senior Science Programmes Officer

Location: Registry, Ground Floor Hunter Wing

Responsibilities include:

  • all aspects of course administration for BSc Healthcare Science
  • Professional Training Year (PTY).
Daria Gardner - Science Programmes Officer

Location: Registry, Ground Floor Hunter Wing

Responsibilities include:

  • BSc and MSci Biomedical Science Years 1 and 2 course administration (covering all aspects of Year 1 and 2 timetabling, small group tutorials, Canvas, assessment submissions).
Michelle Moroney - Science Programmes Administrator

Location: Registry, Ground Floor Hunter Wing

Responsibilities include:

  • Master of Pharmacy Years 1-4 modular teaching administration (teaching timetables, tutorial packs and tutors, StudySpace). This programme is run in partnership with Kingston University.
Kirsten McIntyre - Science Programmes Administrator (Mon - Thur)

Location: Registry, Ground Floor Hunter Wing

Responsibilities include:

  • varied admin support across all BSc programmes including: support for small group tutorials; student attendance monitoring with emphasis on Tier 4 visa requirements; feedback collation.
