Applications for clearing at St George’s will be opening online on Thursday 13th August. For the first time, this year, St George’s will be taking a “digital-first” approach to clearing.
Our professional design team offers a fully comprehensive design and illustration service. Our range includes:
single to multi-page booklets
presentation posters on foldable materials for ease of transport by speakers
wall-mounted instructional posters.
We also have the facilities to design and produce popup stands and exhibition stands.
The Graphic Design office.
We can design academic or scientific posters for you or print your own poster.
We have three large-format printers with the capability of outputting posters up to 1 metre wide by almost any length – please ask us for details.

We'll need these items from you if we design your poster.
All text provided in either word or powerpoint (supplied on CD, zip or floppy disc, USB stick).
Print out of your text with a rough plan of running order.
Images can be submitted as jpeg's/eps/tiff, hard copy or 35 mm slides.
Graphs and charts to be supplied as excel files or cricket graph files or you can save them as eps files. If you prefer we can create graphs and charts for you, using your original data. However, embedded graphs in powerpoint or word can cause problems in printing.
Please allow 10 working days maximum (depending on workflow) for the design and production of posters.
We also require an authorised job sheet with a valid code and signature prior to carrying out any work.
