We are committed to making our workplace inclusive and are continually working to progress LGBT equality within St George’s. We have a gender identity policy which outlines the St George's, University of London process with regard to trans and non-binary employees and students, as well as providing information more generally on gender identity and gender reassignment/transitioning.
No type of homophobia, transphobia or biphobia will be tolerated at the university. We constantly strive to work to an inclusive environment where LGBT staff and students feel valued, safe and part of St George’s community.
We have an LGBT staff network and a student LGBT society at St George’s which are very active and hold events where both staff and students are welcome.
