The Crunch study is a study examining the benefits of cereal fibre in breakfast cereals on children’s health. Initially we are wanting to find out about which healthy breakfast cereals children enjoy eating by carrying out taste tests with school children. Following this, children are invited to take part in our randomised controlled trial for one month which examines the effect of breakfast cereal, with varied amounts of fibre, on various health markers.
Getting in Touch If you are a participant on the CRUNCH Study and have any questions about the study, please get in touch using the details on our contact page.
