Applied exercise for health

There are various points at which you can choose to end your studies and still gain a qualification:

  • Postgraduate Certificate (60 credits = four taught 15 credit modules)
  • Postgraduate Diploma (120 credit = all taught modules but no project)
  • MSc (180 credits = all taught modules plus a project)

Upon graduation from the MSc, you can expect to gain working roles within:

  • PhD studies
  • Health and fitness industry
  • Developing specialist programmes for obese children via GP practice
  • Working and developing programme for people post heart attack (GP referral clinic)
  • Working with people in respiratory rehabilitation programmes
  • Developing and working with people in a forensic mental health environment (NHS)
