Accommodation information for students with families
St George’s does not have accommodation for couples, or students with families. We advise you to come to London on your own before starting your course, to find somewhere suitable for you and your family to live.
Please note that we are currently unable to allow children under the age of 18 to stay overnight at Horton Halls of Residence.
The SGUL Students' Union runs a Student Parent Association. This provides support and advice for those students who have children.
University of London accommodation
The University of London has some accommodation for couples and students with families. Please see the University of London's ULHS Property Management Unit for more information.
International Students House
International Students House is a privately run halls of residence, which is not owned or run by the University of London. Our student accommodation and support officer is unable to provide assistance in securing a place at this residence.
International Students House operates 68 flats for couples and students with families. These are a combination of studio flats for couples and one- and two-bedroomed flats for those with children. The flats are located at York Terrace East, which overlooks Regent's Park, and south of the river at Blain House in Balham, which is close to Tooting Common.
