In order to qualify for the UKBA’s differentiation arrangements you must meet all of the following three criteria:
1) be coming to the UK to study at a Highly Trusted Sponsor, (St George’s is a Highly Trusted Sponsor, a full list of Tier 4 sponsors can be found below).

2) be applying for your Tier 4 visa in either your country of nationality, or in the UK.
3) be a national of:
- Argentina
- Australia
- Brunei
- Canada
- Chile
- Croatia

- Japan
- New Zealand
- Singapore
- South Korea

If you qualify for the UKBA’s differentiation arrangements then the following will apply to your Tier 4 application:
Evidence used to obtain a place at St George’s
You will not have to submit the documents that St. George’s used to assess your suitability for your course, (for example, your previous academic qualifications), with your Tier 4 application. However, you will have to confirm on your Tier 4 application that you have these documents and the UKBA reserves the right to request these documents from you during the application process; you must therefore have the original documents and be able to submit them to the UKBA if requested to do so. (These documents are listed on your CAS statement under the heading ‘Evidence used to obtain offer’.)
Evidence of funds
You will not have to submit any financial documents in support of your Tier 4 application. However, you will have to confirm on your Tier 4 application that you meet the financial requirements and the UKBA reserves the right to request financial documents from you at any point during the application process. You must therefore have, or be able to obtain, financial documents that meet the Tier 4 requirements if the UKBA requests them. See Financial documents for more information.
