A huge part of our MBBS teaching is delivered by doctors who work in the University Trusts, and many of these colleagues see this as an important part of their role - educating the next generation of doctors.

We want to recognise and applaud all those teachers who have contributed to teaching this year. However, a few stand out as especially dedicated and enthusiastic. We are therefore asking you to nominate one person from each of the following Trusts (below) that you have been allocated to on attachment/visit in 2009-10, who you believe has contributed outstanding teaching during this year and should be commended.

The winning teachers will be announced at the Presentation Ceremony and will receive a certificate to recognise their achievements.

The Undergraduate Teaching awards are given out each year to a clincial teacher from each of the main trusts. Please nominate one person only from each of the Trusts listed. If you were not allocated to one of the Trusts below, please leave blank.
