"I came to medicine straight from school having done A Levels in Chemistry, Biology and Geography. I have always lived and studied in London and have very much enjoyed my time at St George's so far. I was elected year representative in my first year and have held the position since. I have been active within the students union, and organised SGUL's first ever halfway dinner this year. In addition I am a peer tutor and anatomy demonstrator and enjoy teaching younger students."

"I would advise all students to take advantage of the open days the University holds. This is a great opportunity to experience the atmosphere of the university. Also, try to speak to students currently attending the university to get an idea of the course and day-to-day life here!
When I first came to St George's, I remember being taken by how friendly everyone was. The University had a real community feel and that really impressed me.
I enjoy the practical side most of all. I really enjoyed meeting patients early on in the course and gaining confidence in talking to and examining them. St George’s uses a combination of problem-based learning, lectures, and practical teaching sessions. Such a broad variety of teaching styles really caters for everyone."
