Course overview

This degree programme is ideal for those seeking to develop knowledge of the medical and biological sciences which will equip them to deliver direct healthcare provision to patients of all ages.

The new BSc Healthcare Science degree forms an integral part of the ‘Modernising Scientific Careers’ strategy currently being implemented by the Department of Health which aims to modernise the training of NHS healthcare scientists.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview. Interviews normally be conducted by a panel of two for approximately 20 minutes.  Applicants attending interview will also have the opportunity to go on a tour of the campus with current students.
