Biomics Centre

The Medical BIOMICS centre is the world’s first purpose-built facility combining genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics on a clinical site. This facility provides the opportunity to carry out integrated analysis of the molecular basis of complex disease processes in a custom-built facility.

The Centre plays a major role in clinical and biomedical research, and the first-class facilities available assist in the development of novel diagnostics, in the identification of new therapeutic targets, and in increasing our understanding of the pathophysiology of disease.
