We measure the quality of teaching and assessment with our Quality Manual and Programme Specifications. The outcomes of these assessments are available as periodic reviews.
The University's quality assurance and enhancement of teaching and learning are described in the Quality Manual. This document brings together comprehensive information about our quality processes - measures and checks on our teaching and assessment.
Programme Specifications are the learning intentions and outcomes of each taught course. They cover the knowledge that a student will be expected to have upon completion of their course and the skills, both subject specific and transferable, that will have been developed through the learning process.
We review each of our programmes to make sure that they are up-to-date, meet the needs of students and are adequately resourced.
