The Equality and Diversity Committee The Equality and Diversity Committee considers all issues of equality and diversity at SGUL, including issues arising from employee and student affairs. It makes recommendations through the Strategy Planning and Resources Committee (SPARC) for changes in SGUL policy, and oversees Equality and Diversity issues at SGUL on behalf of SPARC.
