We currently have 62 centres that have recruited to the study, with several more in various stages of set up.
Over the last 6 months, recruitment has risen to an average of 21 patients per month which is very encouraging and exceeds our target of 20.
Leeds are still our highest recruiting centre with a total of 124 patients recruited, but consistent recruitment at many sites is contributing to our success.
Recruitment is due to continue until the end of 2011 and we hope to reach our target of 1100 patients.
Control recruitment is now complete, many thanks to staff at St. George's, Cambridge, Nottingham and Aberdeen for your contribution to this.
