Teaching and research at St George's is conducted within two faculties. These are the Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and the Faculty of Health and Social Care Sciences.

The Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences is made up of three divisions.

The Faculty of Health and Social Care Sciences is a partnership between Kingston University and St George’s. With more than 4,000 students across three southwest London sites, the joint Faculty offers courses in nursing, midwifery, physiotherapy, radiography, social workparamedic science, biomedical sciences and continuing personal and professional development.
